That spot has been converted into an office. The first scene which was picturised near a water pipe for the film 'Parasakthi' where Sivaji says his first dialogue `Vetri Vetri' is inside AVM studio. Next year it will be the 50th year of his tenure in Cinema. He flew down to shoot for his first film 'Parasakti'. Wayback in 1950, Sivaji Ganesan entered the Tamil film industry in Chennai.
